Doodle God

Doodle God: 8-bit Mania is a remake of the classic Doodle God. This version has the same gameplay that made the original game famous, but adds a retro look with pixelated graphics.

The gameplay in Doodle God: 8-bit Mania is identical to that of previous versions. To play, you have to combine two different elements to create new ones. For example, you can combine sand and fire to make glass, or metal and fire to make mercury. Later, you can use these new elements to create other elements. In all, there are over 300 different elements to discover, including dragons, energy, trees, and vampires.

In this version of the game, every time you create a new element, you see a famous quote from a historical figure related to the element you just created. It's a nice touch and is similar to Civilization, where each new technology or wonder is accompanied by a relevant quote.

Doodle God: 8-bit Mania is a solid version of this classic puzzle game that comes with new elements and a bit of nostalgia. It's not an especially original game, of course, but more of a new twist on an old favorite.
